Ok so I've written a lot of content on Brugbart lately, so much that i could consider throwing in a "powered by Coca Cola" logo, just for the pure fun of it.
Is it me, or is there just something about staying up late at night, programming, or writing that last article?
I used to drink a lot of soda, used to stay up very late. But had a longer break from all that "unhealthy" stuff, where i mostly drank milk, water, or tea. But when I'm really going to push my limits, i just prefer soda.
Coca cola zero seems to be very popular in Denmark, they where almost sold out when i visited my local grocery store, which kinda scares me. Is this the beginning to eventually get rid of all sugar based sodas? They may advertise it as having the "real taste" but i can taste the difference, and i would even say i can feel the difference.
I don't know if its the artificial sweeteners, or something else about them. But i think they have a weird taste and "mouth feel", maybe even some kind of "after taste/feel", so i tend to avoid them.
Remember when the glass bottles was exchanged with plastic? I think the taste got a little worse. Now i got used to the taste, and might even prefer it to the glass bottles. But what i don't like now, is that the normal 1.5 litter bottles has been exchanged with 2 litter bottles.
What this dose, is that the soda loses its vitality faster, and in the case of cola, it taste like "syrup" or something. Gets even worse if the cola is lukewarm. The 2 litter bottles are also thiner, and not as resistant to shock, which may even contribute further to the loss of vitality.
So what is the best cola? Well i prefer the 0.5 litter bottles, not because they are small, but because they have the best vitality, and are larger then the cans and glass bottles. It can however still occasionally happen, that you get a bad one, which has lost its vitality on its way to the store.
